# Welcome to PracticeMate

Welcome to **PracticeMate**. These guides help your team find the right patients, prepare clear messages, and send them with care.

## Find the patients

Start with **Recipes**. A Recipe is a saved patient search you can test, reuse, and build on over time.

## Review and contact those patients

Once a Recipe describes the right group, use it to prepare a Report for your team to review, or send a Communication using a saved Template.

## A note on patient information

PracticeMate helps you find and contact groups of patients. It does not replace clinical judgement, and results are only as current as the data available from your practice system. Treat what you see as a starting point for review by your team.

  Start small. A clear Recipe with two or three filters is usually easier to
  check, explain, and trust than one that tries to do everything at once.
