A note on patient information

PracticeMate helps you find and contact groups of patients. It does not replace clinical judgement, and results are only as current as the data available from your practice system. Treat what you see as a starting point for review by your team.
Start small. A clear Recipe with two or three filters is usually easier to check, explain, and trust than one that tries to do everything at once.
